I have always believed in something bigger than me. Mostly I call it God. Sometimes I call it Spirit. Sometimes I call it Goddess.
I believe in approaching each day with a sense of "I wonder ". I wonder what amazing things I will experience today? I wonder how this situation is going to work out? I wonder who I will meet?
Last weekend I had a booth at the "Body, Mind, Spirit, Expo in Portland. On Sunday I experienced some thoughts that were causing me to feel a bit sad and lonely. Things were slow for a bit and I went and ate my lunch and I had a chat with my guides.
I asked them to show me a sign that they were there with me. I went back into the room where I was doing my coaching and I sat down at my table and decided I would wait for Spirit to show up.
Within a few minutes I saw a mother pushing a stroller from two rows over. The mother was coming towards me. She pushed the stroller right up to my table until my knees were almost touching the knees of her 4 year old daughter who was in the stroller.
The mother said "My daughter wishes to speak to you! I had a lively conversation with this little angel named "Georgia". After we were done chatting she and her mom went on their way and I had a huge grin on my face!
This is how spirit showed up for me. Spirit knows that I love small children! It is always so amazing to me what happens when we take the time to ask for help. I thanked them for sending me Georgia! You see, the more we ask for help from Spirit, and the more we show gratitude when they show up, the more often it happens.
This is how I am developing an intimate relationship with my guides. I speak to them all day long.
